MOSLEY, Henry.
Professional.
Born at Kildwick, Skipton, Yorkshire, 8th March 1850.
Died at St Luke’s Hospital, Crossland Moor, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, 29th November 1933.
He was a professional cricketer who at various times was engaged at Farsley, Great Horton and for many years at Saltaire. He played in three first-class matches, two of them for Yorkshire in 1881. He was buried at Kirkheaton.
At the time of the 1881 Census he was boarding at the Eagle Inn, 1 Hob Lane, Haworth, Yorkshire, with James and Sarah R. Driver, farmers of 16 acres and an inn keeper and their three children. Henry Mosley is then unmarried, aged 28, and a farm servant and tailor.
