DateLine: 11th November 2009

West Indies women continued their winning ways as they trounced England Women by five wickets to pocket the T20 series. The hosts earlier had won the three match ODI series and now with the T20 series win they have completed a successful tour fixture.

Electing to field first the West Indian seamers were spot on as they decimated the English line-up clinically. Lavine was the wrecker in chief as she ripped apart the top and the middle order with some controlled seam bowling. Only Edwards was able to put up some resistance of sort as she top-scored with a fighting 41.

West Indies in reply broke minimum sweat as they cantered to the target with ease. Brunt picked up Taylor for a duck to provide a glimmer of hope to the English camp but Lavine with the rest of the batsmen made sure that there were no major hiccups.
