--> Bowling in the Gentlemen of Surrey first innings adds 2 runs over

E.M.Grace who made two fifties in the match and took 13 wickets was presented with a bat for his batting but was hissed off the pitch when in the second innings he bowled Jupp with a ball which was so high it fell directly on the stumps from above. Catcalls and cries of "Shame" "Shame" echoed around the ground, but as the law stood the ball was a fair delivery.
