All of the other matches due to start on April 9th were washed out on the first day. On April 10th it was announced that all matches in the competition were to be suspended until further notice because an enjoining order on the office bearers and officials of the Board of Control for Cricket in Sri Lanka (following a dispute over Board elections) would make the Board unable to rule on any dispute. Play continued in the above match on April 10th before being halted at the end of this day. All the matches scheduled for these dates were rearranged for June 18, 19, 20
