Notes
--> There was no play on the final day.

This card comes from the Minor Counties Research Project
Match drawn with the weather limiting play to 2½ hours.
On the first day, the rain caused several interruptions to the cricket, and a rainstorm at 4.20 pm ended play for the day.
On the second day, rain prevented any play and the game was abandoned shortly after 2.00 pm.
Because Fryer, the selected Norfolk wicket-keeper, had injured a thumb while batting, Buxton kept wicket when Cambridgeshire.batted.
The game marked Cambridgeshire's debut in a Championship match, but the County only played home and away matches with Norfolk and did not 'qualify' for the Competition Table.
[Missing: In Norfolk inns extras breakdown, and fall of 2nd wicket.]
