Worcestershire won by an innings and 114 runs at 3.25 pm on the second day. Millward top-scored for the winners with 59 not out. In the Worcestershire innings Millward and Straw added 63 runs for the tenth wicket. For Glamorgan Bancroft's innings of 62 took 80 minutes. In the Glamorgan first innings W H Brain and Bancroft added 101 runs for the seventh wicket.
