Glamorgan won by an innings on the second day after enforcing the follow on.
Around three hours of play was lost on the first day because of rain, including an early cessation at 4.50 pm.
For Glamorgan, there were 11 fours in Russell's 69 and 1 five and 7 fours in Bancroft's 50.
Russell also took 8 wickets in the match for 41 runs.
At the start of play on the second day Cording had not arrived at the ground when play resumed, so Creber went out with R Lowe.
Cording was allowed to continue his innings after the dismissal of Creber and S Lowe with the score at 240.
