Hertfordshire won this return match at 5.52 pm on the second day, thus completing the double over Norfolk, having also won at Bishop's Stortford in June.
For the winners, White took 10 wickets in the game for 146 runs, including 7 for 85 in the Norfolk second innings.
There were 11 fours in Dashwood's 96, scored in 110 minutes, and 8 fours in Golding's 61.
Barratt's 75 for Norfolk included 5 fours.
Fryer ricked his back and A E Howlett fielded as substitute for Norfolk on the first day and T Snelling on the second.
It was Snelling who held the substitute catch to dismiss Coleman in the Hertfordshire first innings.
