Cambridgeshire needed to avoid defeat in this return match to share the Championship with Durham, but lost by 3 wickets on the second day.
The encounter between the two teams at the start of the month at Cambridge had been won by Cambridgeshire.
In their second innings, Oxfordshire required 75 runs to win and lost seven wickets before victory was achieved..
For the winners, A Rogers scored 50.
