Hacker took 7 wickets for 20 in Wiltshire's first innings during which he and Creber bowled unchanged whilst Creber took 5 wickets for 40 in their second. For the losers no batsman passed 25; Mitchell took 5 wickets for 34 runs in Glamorgan's first innings. Billings made 3 stumpings in the match. In Glamorgan's second innings Whittington did not bat due to an eye inflammation.
