This card comes from the Minor Counties Research Project - research is continuing on this scorecard which can be expected to change.
Berkshire won this match by no fewer than 189 runs on the second day.
For the winners Hawksworth's 56 in their second innings was the highest score of the match.
He added 108 for the 10th wicket with Bailey, whose unbeaten 44 was the second highest innings in the match.
Hawksworth also took 7 wickets for 21 runs in Dorset's second innings.
Morres had figures of 9 wickets for 92 runs in the match, including 7 for 50 in Dorset's first innings.
For the losers Lye and Walby top-scored with 33 apiece (Lye being not out).
Walby took 5 wickets for 36 runs and Hartley took 5 for 48 in Berkshire's first innings. Webb took 6 wickets for 64 runs in Berkshire's second innings.
Goodden took 4 catches in the match whilst Barrow and HWFB Farrer each took 3 catches.
Towards the end of Dorset's first innings, umpire Wrigley was injured when HWFB Farrer, who was attempting a quick run, collided with him and accidently struck the umpire's head with his bat handle.
Although the injury was not serious, it was deemed inadvisable for Wrigley to officiate for the rest of the day and Croome (the groundsman) stood in his place. Bowling in Dorset first innings adds up one short.
