Younis Khan injury by Pakistan Cricket Board

According to a statement of Media Office, Pakistan Captain Younus Khan will be available for the crucial match against India. Younus suffered with a minor hairline fracture in his right hand finger during Pakistan's practice match against Sri Lanka at Willowmoore Park, Benoni.

 

After detailed examination of injury Younus has been advised rest by the doctors and is under treatment. He under medication could have been available for the match against West Indies which Pakistan won by 5 wickets, but team management decided not to take risk so that he could be fully fit and available for the crunch game against archrivals India on September 26 at centurion.
