Chairman PCB has announced a cash reward of Rupees 200000/- and a medal each for Riffat Ullah and Aamer Sajjad for creating a new world record.


Rafatullah (302*) and Aamer Sajjad (289) Wapda created a new World Record for 2nd Wicket 580 runs partnership against SSGC at Sheikhupura in First Class Cricket.


Rafatullah and Aamer Sajjad (Wapda) have beaten S. Jayasuriya and R. Mahmana’s record of 576 runs 2nd wicket partnership against India in 1997.


The awards will be handed over to players in a ceremony which will be held after the completion of ongoing Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.
