Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC), Pakistan Television (PTV), State Bank of Pakistan, and Port Qasim Cricket Teams have qualified for the semifinals of the Patrons Trophy Grade II Tournament 2009-2010. Match Dates and Details of Match Officials are as under;
First Semi-Final
