Bacup have signed South African all rounder Aubrey Ryan Swanepoel as their new professional.

 

The 23 year-old off spinning all rounder plays for Griqualand West alongside former Church professional Neil Bredenkamp and last season's paid man at Rawtenstall, Jandre Coetzee.

 

The former South African Under 19 star has hit 2041 runs at 30.9, with five centuries, since his First-class debut in 2007.

 

Swanepoel is the club's sixth South African professional and the eighth South African to sign for a Lancashire League club for 2013. The club would like to thank Gary Hunt at Cric-Intro for his help.
