Haslingden have signed the highly experienced Pakistani all rounder Babar Naeem as professional for 2016.

 

The 32 year-old has been professional at Horwich in the Bolton League for the last two seasons.

 

Last season he hit 642 runs and took 74 wickets with his slow left arm spin.

 

Prior to his spell at Horwich, Naeem played for Milnrow (2012-13), Baxenden (2009-11), Edenfield (2005-8) and Lincolnshire Premier League side Long Sutton (2004.

 

Naeem has played as sub professional for Haslingden in 2008 and against the club for Bacup in 2011.
