Mumbai, July 27 : The streaker who ran on the ground on the first day during rain-break in the ongoing Test match between Sri Lanka and Australia at Pallekele is identified as Alex Jamille Hind and he came from Brisbane (Queensland), it is learnt here.

 

According to the sources in Sri Lanka, he was produced before the Magistrate Court in Kandy and was fined Rs. 3,000 and has been sent to prison for one week.

 

He was charged for the offence : indecent exposure and field invasion.

 

He is one among about 300 spectators come from Australia for the test series.

 

More fans are expected during ODIs and T20 games in Galle and Colombo.
