Im delighted that we have qualified for the World Cup qualifier. Our team performed very well and our coach (Janak Champika Gamage of Sri Lanka) kept guiding and motivating us to give our best on the field. We will work harder for the Asia Cup next month as well as the World Cup qualifier, captain Sornnarin Tipoch said.
In another match, China beat Hong Kong by 18 runs as both these teams as well as Nepal were level at two wins each from five matches with one match each to go.
