Adam Harrison is the younger brother of David Harrison, and like his brother, he is a very promising young seam bowler.

 

He won various Youth awards and was a regular in the England Under 19 team for several seasons, before making his first-class debut in 2004 for the MCC against Sussex, the County Champions, in the annual curtain-raiser at Lord`s.

 

After several impressive spells for the county`s 2nd XI, Adam made his Championship debut for Glamorgan in June 2005, against Sussex at Swansea. With david Harrison also in the Glamorgan line-up, it was the first time that Glamorgan had taken the field with a pair of brothers since July 1983 when Alan Jones and Eifion Jones played in the Championship match against Essex at Southend.
