ICC World Cup 2007: Visas for the West Indies

 

Gerry’s / FedEx have been appointed as "Exclusive Service Providers" to process CARICOM Countries Visa for ICC World Cup 2007 Cricket

Courier charges are US$28/- per visa applicant (conversion in PKR) payable in cash at the time of booking the application

Documents Required

Gerry’s/FedEx will accept the documents and the applications in working hours at the Visa drop box office locations and at the offices established at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore and National Stadium Karachi as per the guidelines of High Commission of Trinidad and Tobago in New Delhi.

Following documents are to be submitted with each application:

1. Original Passport
2. Duly filled Visa Application form
3. Cover letter mentioning the reason for visit.
4. Travel itinerary / Plan
5. 6 months Bank statement of the applicant
6. Photocopy of the applicants passport (Passport must be valid for 6 months in future from the date of visa application)
7. One photograph of 45mm x 35mm must be white background (to be pasted on visa form)

 

Visa Fee:
All visa applicants will be required to provide a bank draft for the USD 100.00 payable to High Commission of Trinidad and Tobago/IMPACS.(This draft must be payable in New Delhi - India) The same draft will be attached in original with the applications and will be sent along with each application. Payments can also be made online by credit card at the CARICOM IMPACS website. In this case, applicants will have to attach a printout of fee confirmation from the website.

 

A service charge of USD $28.0 per application will be charged as service charge to provide this service. This can be paid in equivalent amount of PK Rupees in cash at the time of application submission.

 

Other Information

Processing time: 7 working Days (minimum)

Transit Visa for either UK or US will be required for traveling to the West Indies. Gerry’s/FedEx may be contacted for applying for this visa.
