Statement issued by Mr Ijaz Butt, Chairman of the Performance Evaluation Committee:
Meeting of the Performance Evaluation Committee was held at the Service House under the chairmanship of former Test cricketer Ijaz Butt. Other two members of the Committee former Test cricketers Salahuddin Ahmad and Salim Altaf were also present.

 

The Committee had a long session with former Captain Inzamam-ul-Haq who gave his overall view about the reasons of Pakistan team’s defeat in the World Cup 2007. It was a healthy discussion during which Inzamam spoke his heart out. Next meeting of the Committee will be held on Friday when Rana Naved ul Hasan and P.J. Mir will appear before the Committee.
