A trip by car from Ramsbottom to Todmorden can be a pleasant experience, the spring lambs are in abundance. But through heavy rain, you have that feeling whether your journey is really necessary. And so it proved, by 3pm and no sight of a let up of the weather, umpires Peter Hargreaves and Nick Westwell had no choice but to call proceedings off.

 

And so the return home, in a different car, but no change to the weather.

 

With all other league matches lost, this match will be replayed on Saturday 14th June.
