Sri Lanka recalled middle order batsman Tillakaratne Dilshan into the One-day squad on Friday for a three-match series against Pakistan later this month.
Dilshan regained his form in the 2-0 Test series win in Bangladesh, scoring 162 and 143 in the second game in Chittagong. He was not included for the tri-series in Bangladesh starting on Saturday in which Zimbabwe are the third team.
Fast bowler Dammika Prasad was left-out to make room for an additional batsman in the 15-man squad that includes just four pace bowlers. The Pakistan tour starts on January 18, immediately after the tri-series in Dhaka.
The squad: Mahela Jayawardene (captain), Kumar Sangakkara, Sanath Jayasuriya, Upul Tharanga, Chamara Kapugedera, Jehan Mubarak, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Thilina Kandamby, Muttiah Muralitharan, Ajantha Mendis, Farveez Maharoof, Dilhara Fernando, Nuwan Kulasekera, Thilina Thushara Mirando and Angelo Mathews.
