Man of the match: Mushfiqur Rahim
08:41 GMT: Bangladesh won the one-off Test match convincingly by 107 runs and an innings against. Bangladesh requiring 8 more wickets at the start, their bowlers took less than 2 sessions to do that and handed their side comfortable win. On day 1, Zibabwe won an important toss and elected to bat first. Top order provided solid start but rest of the batting line-up failed to capitalize it and they rolled over to just 265. Abu Jayed and Nayeem Hasan were fantastic with the ball and grabbed 4 wickets each. In reply, Bangladesh piled up massive total of 560 and gave visitors 295 runs first innings deficit. Courtesy to Rahim's brilliant unbeaten 203 runs innings and Momin's 132. Zimbabwean bowlers did not hit the right areas for a consistent period of time and leaked too many runs at the same time. And then in second innings, Zimbabwe had an arduous task of batting out almost two days and they were not up for it. Nayeem started Zimbabwe's second innings with a couple of wickets in his first over, he and Taijul then came up to tide up the rest of the job on day 4. Batting let Zimbabwe down again in the 2nd innings too. Mushfiqur Rahim was declared man of the match due to his match winning double hundred. This is all we have for you today, thanks for joining us. Take care and goodbye until next time.......
