Notes
--> The first innings of the match was limited to 50 overs; the total overs for both teams was limited to 100 overs
Bracebridge entered the game only needing 3 points to win the league, before eventually leaving with a full 20 in a crushing defeat of Broughton. After being put into bat, Bracebridge made short work of achieving the 160 runs needed to garauntee their league success, before piling on the runs. A century from man of the match Scott Hodgson (106), and 94 apiece from Jared Van Deventer and Brett Houston (whose runs came from only 55 balls), meant that Bracebridge eventually recorded a huge 343 from their 50 overs. Only P.Taylor showed any impetus with the ball, ending with respectable figures of 3-68.
In reply, the hosts collapsed with no one really getting in, and were bowled out for 61. Ben Smith led the attack with 5-34, whilst Hodgson and Houston again chipped in to finish the victory. The victory capped off a fine season for the peacocks, the new champions of the lincolnshire County League Premier Divsion.
