M Gear left the field with a back injury after bowling 5 deliveries in his 7th over with D Grant completing the over.
Unfortunately the scoresheet for the Nelson innings contained numerous errors so it has not been possible to reconstruct the innings to be certain on which batsman was "Not out" in the Nelson innings. The scorer had shown Scoble as the not out batsman but the final scoring shot the ball before the wicket fell is shown as being a four. Scoble's final scoring shot is shown as a four and Hodgson obviously did not hit a boundary so although the scorer showed Hodgson as being bowled by Bishell, that would appear to be impossible so Scoble has been shown as the final batsman dismissed in this scorecard. A complicating factor is that it seems the scorer has incorrectly numbered some of the overs because Bishell's last 3 overs are numbered as 37, 39 & 41 whereas Allen's are shown as 38, 40 & 42 with a four being hit off the final ball of Allen's last over. The cumulative tally has 2 singles crossed off as the last 2 scoring shots but this is also impossible so it is likely they were just runs that were missed being crossed off earlier.
