Surrey 2nd XI won this match by an innings and 44 runs at 4.35 pm on the second day.
Yorkshire 2nd XI had required 198 runs to avoid an innings defeat when they began their second innings after lunch on the Tuesday.
The game between the two sides at Harrogate in June had been won by Yorkshire 2nd XI.
The Surrey total of 478-9 declared was the third highest of the season.
For the winners, centuries were scored by Goatly, with 105 including 16 fours, 2 threes and 4 twos, scored in 1½ hours, and by the debutant Garrett, who had played for Essex and whose 102, scored in two hours contained 10 fours and 10 twos.
There were 9 fours in both Palmer's 86 -- another debutant -- and in Stedman's 70.
In the Surrey 2nd XI innings, Goatly and Palmer added 157 for the third wicket.
For the losers, there were 16 fours, 4 threes and 9 twos in Frank's 107, an innings of 90 minutes, and 11fours in Grimshaw's 68.
