For the home side, there were 8 fours in L J Reid's 74 and 4 fours in Swann-Mason's 69. In the Cambridgeshire first innings, these two players put on 117 runs for the second wicket. For the visitors, Stevens's 68 contained 10 fours, Barratt's 64 6 fours, Watson's 60 not out 7 fours, Dunning's 55 not out 5 fours, and Falcon's 54 6 fours. In the Norfolk second innings, Watson and Dunning put on 118 runs undefeated for the fourth wicket.
