Berkshire won this return match by 9 wickets at 3.15 pm on the second day. The match between the two sides at Tremorvah in July had been won by Berkshire. For Cornwall Vibart's 149 was his first century in Minor County Championship matches and included 5 sixes and 18 fours, scored in 2 hours. In the first innings he and Hawken added 130 for the ninth wicket.
W N Bickford-Smith scored 57 not out with 1 six and 9 fours and he added 75 for the ninth wicket with Trevarthen in the second innings. For Berkshire Bennett's 105 contained 2 sixes and 15 fours scored in only 69 minutes. He also scored 67 not out in the second innings.
